This two-day event will bring the knowledge from European cities needed to help shrinking cities move from reactive responses to proactive, place-based strategies. It will focus on retaining and attracting talent, adapting urban spaces and services, planning at Functional Urban Area level, and addressing housing, inclusion and quality of life, while supporting the “right to stay”.
