On 24 September 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30, the first session of the EUSAIR Financial Dialogue workshop series will take place online, bringing together key institutional and financial stakeholders from across the Adriatic-Ionian Region.
The workshop will open the discussion on the conditions and requirements for a future EUSAIR Financial Facility and Financial Matchmaking Platform, designed to better connect strategic project ideas with available funding opportunities and financial institutions, also in the perspective of future EU enlargement.
Representatives from EBRD, EIB and the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR) will share their perspectives on financing strategic investments, green projects, infrastructure and connectivity in the Western Balkans. The programme will also include an interactive live polling session, giving participants the opportunity to contribute directly to the design of the future Financial Facility and Matchmaking Platform.
