Starting on 1 June 2021, Albania formally took over the one-year Presidency of the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region (EUSAIR).

Albanian Presidency will focus on the following priorities:

  1. Youth and all-inclusiveness
  2. European Integration and Green Agenda
  3. Tourism and Culture
  4. Connectivity
