POPRI EUSAIR Youth — Youth Driving Innovation
EUSAIR Youth is a process of entrepreneurial learning and mindset development, supported by the EU Strategy for the Adriatic–Ionian Region (EUSAIR). It culminates in an international competition for young people’s entrepreneurial ideas, which takes place as part of the EUSAIR Forum programme.
Originating from an initiative launched in Slovenia, the project has evolved into a cross-border platform that brings together youth, mentors, entrepreneurs, incubators, schools, and media from across the Adriatic–Ionian region, engaging participants from all 10 participating countries.
By taking part, young participants develop creativity and entrepreneurial mindsets, learn to collaborate in teams, and expand their networks across countries and cultures. The programme encourages them to take initiative and calculated risks, and to seek expert advice when tackling realworld challenges. Throughout the process, participants receive actionable feedback on their business ideas from experienced entrepreneurs, Startups and domain experts.
Most importantly, POPRI EUSAIR Youth shows that while victory is rewarding, the greatest value lies on the journey itself — in the knowledge, skills, and international connections that empower young people to shape a better future.
