Are you a motivated young person looking to develop real professional and financial skills, connect with experienced mentors, and take a confident step into your career or independent life? Are you between the ages of 18 and 30, fluent in English, and living in the Adriatic-Ionian Region? If so, we invite you to apply to the EUSAIR Youth Mentorship Network!
The EUSAIR Youth Council is launching a pilot cross-border mentorship programme connecting young people from across the Adriatic-Ionian region with experienced professionals. Through six structured online sessions, you will gain practical skills, honest feedback, and access to a network of peers and professionals from the region.

Mentoring Tracks & Structure
Our program features two specialized learning tracks running in parallel. To ensure personal feedback and high-quality interaction, each workshop track is strictly limited to 8 participants.
Track A – First Job and Labour Market Entry:
Focuses on CV writing, interview preparation, employer expectations, and navigating your first months at work.

Focuses on personal budgeting, saving, investing, understanding credit, and making informed financial decisions.
