Brussels
8th – 9th July 2026
Dear EU Macro-regional and Sea Basin Strategies key implementers and friends,

Due to major events taking place in Brussels on 1–2 July 2026, there is exceptionally high demand for accommodation. As a result, almost all hotels in the city are already fully booked and the remaining options are prohibitively expensive. We have received several inputs from you and other stakeholders and, after careful consideration, have decided to change the event dates to 8–9 July.

The Macro-regional and Sea Basin Strategies Days 2026 will therefore take place on 8 and 9 July 2026, at the event venue SQUARE, Mont des Arts, in Brussels.

For updates about the agenda, please consult the webpage Inforegio – Macro-regional & Sea Basin Strategies Days 2026 as we are updating it constantly. Please note, however, that it may take a short time for the latest changes to appear online. You will notice that the times and content of the agenda have not changed.

Please notice that the High-level group meeting of the Macro-regional Strategies, upon invitation only, is moved to 7 July in European Commission’ s premises. Further information about the day will be shared in the following days.
