Starting on 1 June 2022, Bosnia and Herzegovina formally took over the one-year Presidency of the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region (EUSAIR).
EUSAIR Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina will focus on the following priorities:
- Speeding-up of the European integration process
- Inclusion of Youth
- Developing innovative products and services to facilitate the sector’s of Tourism and Culture
- Environmental protection with European Green Deal, Green agenda for Western Balkans, circular economy with Zero Waste Management
- Connectivity within the Region, with energy and transport networks in the foreground
