Representatives of the eight EUSAIR participating countries adopted the CATANIA DECLARATION on the 24th of May 2018 at the EUSAIR Ministerial meeting/Adriatic Ionian Council. You can read the Declaration here.

The 3rd Forum of the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region (EUSAIR), will take place in CATANIA (Italy), on 24-25 May 2018, under the slogan »Our Region, Our Future«

The 3rd EUSAIR Forum will focus on the Connectivitiy issues, especially on challenges and opportunities for Transport and Energy networks in the EUSAIR Region. Funding mechanisms for all four Strategy's Pillars – Blue Growth, Connecting the Region, Environmental Quality, and Sustainable Tourism – will be discussed, while considering the EUSAIR cross-cutting issues. The prupose of this year's event is to reinforce collaboration and partnerships among all stakeholders active in the Adriatic-Ionian Region.
Each year the Forum attracts numerous participants from the area to share share views, exchange experience and builde partnerships to strengthen the cooperation.
Ministers from the eight EUSAIR Countries, EU Commissioners, representatives of other EU institutions, Regional and local governors and key implementers of the Strategy will be among the speakers joining the Forum which will be accompained by numerous side thematic and cultural events.
